Design principle:

The main part of the pin screw is a general screw. The pin can be arranged in the melting section of the screw or in the groove of the metering section or at the end of the metering section with no lubrication groove. Pins need to be set up according to a certain method of placement, but the degree of density varies and the quantity varies.

The mixing section is an inward grooved structure arranged at the end of the general screw homogenizing section, and its outer diameter is equal to the outer diameter of the screw. Trenches are divided into several groups, and each group is a collection area for materials. The material is cut by the trenches, meets in the assembly area, and then cuts and gathers. The principle is pin-like.

The feature of the separate screw is that in addition to the original one screw pattern (called the main screw) on the melting section, a thread (called additional thread) is attached, and its outer diameter is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the main thread. The lead is different. The secondary thread starts at the end of the charging section (and is connected with the feeding section). After passing a few threads, it gradually intersects with the main thread of the homogenizing section.

Type of injection molding machine barrel screw:

1, gradient type

Gradual-type screw features: Longer compression section, smoother energy conversion during plasticization, and is mostly used for plastics with poor thermal stability such as PVC.

2, mutant type

Mutant screw features: short compression section, plasticized energy conversion is more severe, mostly used in polyolefin, PA and other crystalline plastics.

3、Universal type

General-purpose screw features: General-purpose screw with strong adaptability, suitable for processing a variety of plastics, to prevent frequent screw replacement.

Barrel introduction: The structure of the barrel is a circular tube with a center opening for the opening.

Injection molding machine barrel screw features:
